Dacos' new approach allows a systematic examination of the customer behavior. Based on the methods of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the factors exerting most influence are automatically learned from the existing mass data and in the further course the mutual dependencies between the influences are identified.
This results in customer behavior models, which can be implemented to precisely simulate, or run through, customer decisions and actions in "what if" scenarios.
